Manage the villa’s dates in the Airbnb app on your phone. This website is ready to read that calendar and display blocked periods.
Connection still to be completed. The listing’s private iCal export link is needed to enable synchronisation. Dates will not be shown as available until this link is connected.
01
One calendar to manage
In the Airbnb app, switch to hosting and use this villa’s calendar. Block the nights of your direct bookings and reopen any nights that become free. Once connected, the website can reflect these changes.
Select Connect to another website and copy the calendar’s iCal export link.
Send this link in the conversation where you created the website to connect it. Keep this link confidential and do not publish it.
The website receives only blocked periods. Guest names, booking details and the private link are not displayed. Once connected, calendar data is cached for no more than five minutes.
03
View it in Google or Apple Calendar
Subscribe to the Airbnb iCal link in your personal calendar. In Google Calendar, add it on a computer via Other calendars → From URL ; the calendar will then appear on your phone. On iPhone, add a calendar subscription using the same link.
This subscription lets you view the calendar. Continue using Airbnb to block or release nights. Update times depend on the application.
Open this website in your mobile browser, then select Add to Home Screen in the sharing or browser menu. You can then reach the villa and its useful links with a tap. An internet connection is still needed to view current availability.
iCal synchronisation covers blocked dates. It does not transfer prices or bookings: prices and booking terms remain available on Airbnb. For a direct booking, always confirm dates with the owner.
